We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged or broken items must be returned  in the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a review will not be accepted. 

Product Personalization
We at Skyline Models will make every effort to replicate your requested personalization however there may be variances due to level of detail requested and sizing of the engraving. If we have found that a personalization is unable to be replicated within reason we reserve the right to refuse the request. Upon this time the customer will be contacted with alternative options or offered the model without personalization and a refund of the cost of the personalization; or the customer may request to cancel the order and receive a refund in full.
