Customs Taxes and Duties
For our non-Canadian customers please note that some countries may charge customs taxes or duties for your parcel once it reaches its destination country. Any customs taxes or duties charged must be paid by and are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We offer shipping within and outside of Canada. The shipping cost will be included in the final invoice and depends on destination and delivery type selected (standard, express, etc.).
Stock Models
We make every effort to dispatch models as soon as possible after a purchase has been completed however each stock model is made to order and can take up to ten business days* to process in addition to the time indicated for the chosen shipping.
*Processing time is per model and not per order.
Custom Models
Processing time for each custom model will vary. Upon receiving a custom model request we review the complexity of the build and the number of custom orders we already have scheduled in order to determine a processing time. The processing time will then be included with the quote provided.
Please Note:
- Processing days are Monday-Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm PST, excluding holidays. Orders received after 02:00pm PST will begin processing the following business day.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time frame above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- During sales/promotional events and peak times including (but not limited to) Christmas, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, Father's Day, Mother's Day processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high demand.
- Skyline Models cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to shipping vendor, weather or any customs clearance delays at the destination country.
- Skyline Models is not responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, etc. Please contact the shipping vendor directly.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. All orders will be shipped to the exact address provided. Should an incorrect address be provided, it is up to the customer to make arrangements and cover any costs associated with having the package forwarded to the correct address.
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS or Canada Post for large parcel packages.
ORDER TRACKING
A confirmation email and/or SMS message with a tracking number and link will be sent to the email and/or phone number provided at checkout once your model has shipped.
